Cancellations made 24+ hours before your reservation will receive a full credit toward a future booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation are non-refundable. No-shows will forfeit the full booking fee.

Yes. Memberships may be canceled with a 30-day written notice. Benefits remain active through the end of the 30-day notice period. All membership fees are non-refundable.
