Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Studio Rentals ●Cancellations made 24+ hours before the reservation receive a full credit toward a future booking. ●Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation are non-refundable. ●No-shows forfeit the booking fee. Memberships ●Memberships may be canceled at any time with 30 days’ notice. ●Membership benefits remain active through the end of the 30-day notice period. ●Membership fees are non-refundable. Damage Policy ●Clients are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, guests, children, vendors, or equipment brought into the studio. Damage fees will be assessed based on repair or replacement costs. ●Glitter, confetti, smoke effects, paint, open flames, and similar materials require prior approval. Guest Policy ●Only individuals participating in the session should attend unless otherwise approved. ●Children must be supervised at all times. ●The booking client is responsible for the conduct of all guests. Safety Policy ●Do not climb on furniture, props, walls, or sets unless specifically designed for that purpose. ●Report any safety concerns immediately. ●Frame House Studios reserves the right to end a session if unsafe behavior occurs. Photography & Content Policy ●Clients may create photo and video content for personal or commercial use. ●The studio may photograph sets and behind-the-scenes areas for marketing purposes. ●Client images will never be used without permission. Clean-Up Policy ●All trash must be disposed of before the end of the reservation. ●Furniture and props must be returned to their original locations. ●Excessive cleaning may result in a cleaning fee. *Liability Waiver* By entering and using Frame House Studios, all guests acknowledge that participation in any studio activities involves inherent risks. Frame House Studios is not responsible for personal injury, lost, stolen, or damaged property. Guests assume all risks associated with their use of the facility.
